  I was interested in one of their properties in the Lithonia area. Even though I was not sure about it at first I provided my credit card information for the showing and later provided a picture of my ID. I was then asked to provide my selfie. When I called in I spoke with Peaches and asked why I would need to send a selfie that stated that it was procedure and that as soon as I sent that in I would be approved for a showing. While I understand wanting to protect the property, asking for cc information and a copy of my drivers license is fine, but if you do not trust people that much than get somebody to do an actual walk thru instead of wasting peoples time.
